None of us are perfect, and there is always room for improvement, no matter how well business is going. A brand review is a mental check-in to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your brand. Maybe your style and brand focus have drastically changed since opening and your business just isn’t reflecting that. It could be time to note that a brand refresh or brand redesign is needed. Because every brand is different, we will all have separate goals and tasks to work on and refine. The fact that you are even going through a checklist of objectives you need to focus on, already puts you ahead of your competition! So just focus on gradual improvement. After all, consistency is the secret key for your brand’s success, not intensity.
