- Scope of Work:
The Client engages the Designer to provide website design services as outlined in the project proposal. This includes but is not limited to website design, development, content creation, and website maintenance. - Payment Terms:
a. The Client agrees to pay the Designer the agreed-upon fee as outlined in the project proposal.
b. A non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due upon signing this Contract. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the website design, prior to its launch.

b. The Designer retains ownership of all design concepts, drafts, and other materials created during the project, unless stated otherwise in the project proposal.
c. Upon receipt of full payment, the Designer grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the website design solely for the Client’s business purposes. - Revisions and Modifications:
a. The Designer will provide a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project proposal, to accommodate reasonable modifications to the website design.
b. Additional revisions or major modifications outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees. - Confidentiality:
a. The Parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
b. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination or completion of this Contract. - Termination:
a. Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other Party breaches any material provision of this Contract.
b. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate the Designer for any work completed up to the termination date. - Limitation of Liability:
a. The Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the performance or non-performance of this Contract.
b. The maximum liability of the Designer to the Client shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the website design services. - Governing Law:
